Leroy T. Brinkley leaving Delta and Louisiana after nearly 50 years!
After nearly 50 years of unbridled murder in Louisiana Leroy T. Brinkley left with his murder equipment yesterday morning from the Delta Death camp located on 756 Colonial Dr. Baton Rouge Louisiana.
It is estimated that over 50,000 babies were killed at the Colonial Murder Mill. Brinkley operated numerous death camps during these 50 years. Death camps located on Jamestown, Bennington, Summa, Brookline, Tara & Goodwood, Colonial and three sites in New Orleans and now due to Our Lord Jesus Christ's mercy and the intercession of Our Lady of Guadalupe they are all closed.
Yesterday morning while we were praying at the Death Camp on Colonial for Brinkley to leave this state a moving van had arrived and while we were praying they loaded all the death instruments and tables from the death camp into the Truck. The drivers wouldn't talk to me but I asked Charles Carpenter who had just arrived to see if they would reveal where the truck was headed. Charles Carpenter asked the driver where he was taking the instruments, chairs and tables and the driver told him that Leroy T. Brinkley had a place in Wilmington Delaware and the truck was to deliver the cargo there. Later at 12 noon Louisiana Right to Life had a prayer rally with Fr. Todd Lloyd and Dr. Haywood Robinson in thanksgiving for the Delta closure.
Fr. Lloyd then did a exorcism and deliverance prayer over Delta so 7 more demons worse than the first wouldn't take hold at this concentration camp. I prayed earnestly for that past 6 months for God to reveal to me where Brinkley was heading to so I could warn those living in that state of his criminal and demonic activity as one of the chief mobster's of the abortion cartel. His traveling back to Delaware is ironic since he was complicit with convicted murderer Kermit Gosnell for snipping babies necks after they were born at his death camps in Delaware.
My understanding is that he made a plea bargain with the Attorney General in Delaware to leave the state to avoid prosecutions for these crimes. I will alert the Delaware Attorney General and the Delaware Pro-Life Groups of Brinkley's actions and of his continued murder activity in Delaware. When Gosnell was being tried for murder in Pennsylvania the homicide unit and District Attorney from Philadelphia Pennsylvania called me to get information about Brinkley and his abortionists because no one from any governmental agency or law enforcement agency in Louisiana would give them any information. I helped them with the prosecution and sent the information to the Delaware pro-life people to demand an investigation of Brinkley and his two death camps there. Brinkley made a plea bargain to shut down the two death camps and leave the state so he wouldn’t be charged with accessory to murder. His own
staff testified that Brinkley routinely watched Gosnell snip babies necks but the District Attorney ignored their testimony and let Brinkley go free.
WILMINGTON, Del. -- In addition to working at his now-notorious "house of horrors" Women's Medical Society Clinic in Philadelphia, former abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell worked for years performing abortions at a clinic in Wilmington.
After a judge sentenced Gosnell to three life terms in prison May 15 for killing newborns delivered alive during abortions at his Philadelphia clinic, Philadelphia District Attorney R. Seth Williams was unequivocal when asked if he believed Gosnell committed
the same crimes at the Atlantic Women's Medical Services clinic in Delaware:
STORY: Philadelphia abortion doctor gets life in prison
"Yes," he said. "We believe he was conducting the same type of act in Delaware as he was conducting here in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania."
Gosnell was convicted last month of three counts of first-degree murder, one count of involuntary manslaughter in the 2009 death of an abortion patient and on hundreds of lesser counts involving violations of Pennsylvania's abortion laws, including performing abortions after 24 weeks at his Women's Medical Society Clinic.
Williams said that his office had coordinated with Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden and his office about Gosnell's activities in Delaware.
According to investigators and court papers, Gosnell used the same type of risky, labor-inducing approach to abortions at the Atlantic clinic in Wilmington that sometimes resulted in children being delivered alive by abortion patients.
Anecdotal evidence.
Some witnesses told investigators they saw Gosnell snipping spinal columns of babies that were delivered at the Atlantic clinic.
But the problem for Delaware investigators was that they did not have witnesses who could testify to seeing Gosnell severing the spinal cords of any of the babies who showed apparent signs of life after they were delivered at Atlantic.

(Photo: Jennifer Corbett, The Wilmington, Del., News Journal) "The Wilmington police and the Attorney General's Office were understandably concerned and suspicious that similar conduct was occurring here in Delaware," said Deputy Attorney General Steven Wood. "We uncovered anecdotal evidence that concerned us, but police were never able to uncover sufficient evidence to justify an arrest or prosecution (in Delaware)," Wood said.
While Gosnell owned and operated the Women's Medical Society Clinic, he was just an employee at Atlantic Women's Medical Services, where he worked at least one day a week for a number of years.
The since-closed Atlantic clinics, which had locations in Wilmington and Dover, were owned by Panzy Myrie and Leroy T. Brinkley was the managing director. Clinic attorney James E. Liguori said last week that the assertions by the Philadelphia DA about Gosnell's activities at Atlantic were "not borne out by the evidence that was reviewed here in Delaware."
State records indicate that Gosnell worked at Atlantic's Wilmington location at least back to 2004.
Recently retired Wilmington Police Captain Nancy Dietz said in one particular incident "we did have some evidence" that suggested criminal behavior by Gosnell at Atlantic, but it was not enough to file charges. Delaware investigators "didn't have the physical evidence that Philadelphia had," she said.
One of the three first-degree murder convictions against Gosnell -- and the only one that tied Gosnell directly to ending the life of a baby who was delivered alive by an abortion patient -- was the case of "Baby A," whose 17-year-old mother first consulted Gosnell in July 2008 at the Atlantic clinic.
According to testimony, the girl was well past the 24th week of pregnancy and Gosnell started an illegal late-term abortion in Wilmington, giving her labor-inducing drugs at the Atlantic clinic, with instructions to report to the Philadelphia clinic the next day.
After the girl delivered a child -- which clinic staffers testified was moving and looked like a full-term baby -- Gosnell ended its life by severing its spinal cord with a pair of scissors. One clinic staffer was so upset she took a cellphone picture of the baby boy after he died, an image that was shown to the jury.
In the other two counts on which Gosnell was convicted of first-degree murder, Gosnell had instructed clinic staffers to end the lives of babies that were delivered alive.
In addition to the cellphone photo, Philadelphia investigators also recovered dozens of frozen bodies of aborted fetuses and a number of preserved, severed feet of aborted fetuses that Gosnell had kept.
Many patients came from Delaware clinic
Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney Joanne Pescatore said that many of Gosnell's patients came from Delaware, based on her review of the medical records.
According to trial testimony, Gosnell was well known for performing late-term abortions, drawing patients to Philadelphia from across the Eastern Seaboard.
Another key component in the prosecution involved the unsanitary conditions at Gosnell's Philadelphia clinic that included broken, aging and bloodstained medical equipment and furniture.
This aspect was also lacking in the Delaware investigation.
"Investigators did not uncover any of the truly horrific, medieval-like sanitary and medical code violations that were seen in Philadelphia," Wood said, adding that prior to Gosnell's arrest no complaints had been filed against either Gosnell or the Atlantic clinic.
Drs. Albert Dworkin and Arturo Apolinario were suspended on an emergency basis by state regulators in March 2011, shortly after the charges against Gosnell were filed, and several administrative charges were filed against the clinic itself for the failure to report unprofessional behavior by a doctor, among other issues.
Dworkin was cleared of the charges in April 2011 following a lengthy emergency hearing and was given a full exoneration by the board in July 2011. Apolinario's emergency suspension has remained in place for allegedly allowing his license to write prescriptions lapse while still writing prescriptions.
Atlantic Women's Medical Services closed both its Wilmington and Dover offices in 2011 rather than fight the administrative charges. Only this past March did Atlantic's owners finally resolve the pending administrative charges, signing a consent decree with the state and agreeing to pay a $5,000 fine.
Attorney Liguori said with the resolution of the administrative charges, the Atlantic clinics and its owner "will not be back" in Delaware.
Wood said the decision on whether to prosecute Gosnell in Delaware was not affected by the prosecution in Philadelphia. State officials were not waiting to see how the Philadelphia case came out before deciding to act.
"The decision about whether or not to prosecute Gosnell ... was based purely on our assessment of the evidence," he said.
"We applaud the hard work that led to a just verdict and sentence in Philadelphia, and everyone involved in the case here is happy Gosnell is where he belongs," Wood said.

Dear Michelle McCalope, Louisiana Department of Health
The media said you were asking for input from the public about Nancy Davis request to abort her baby on the grounds that he had acrania so the state could determine if they should change its laws regarding this matter. I sent a reply to the news and I am forwarding it to you. Please contact me and let me know you received my email. Life is sacred and the only input the Legislature and the DHH need is from God. Thou shalt not kill! When we receive a pregnant mother at our hospital we have two patients; the mother and baby and we treat each with love, care and any treatment we can provide.
We never kill our patients!

Subject: Objective Truth: Our Lord Jesus Christ
Dear Katrina Jackson, Michelle McCalope, the Advocate and WAFB
I emailed you on August 18 and August 22, 2022 about your slanted story involving Nancy Davis and her wanting an abortion due to her baby having a congenital anomoly called acrania. None of you have responded to my email so I will post it again at the end of this email. Just as we were outraged at the disingenuous reporting of her story by the news media and the medical community, we are also very indignant that Katrina Jackson and 35 other Legislators caved to the abortion cartel after reading the story you reported earlier this month.
WAFB report: A story on Monday, Aug. 15, featured a pregnant woman who was denied an abortion even after learning about her baby’s fatal diagnosis. Nancy Davis said she was denied an abortion at Woman’s Hospital after learning her child was diagnosed with Acrania, a rare and fatal condition where the baby’s skull fails to form properly and makes life outside the womb virtually impossible.
The Louisiana lawmaker (Katrina Jackson)who wrote the state’s strict abortion law said it’s being misunderstood.
“This woman is not seeking an abortion,” said state Sen. Katrina Jackson, D-Monroe. “This woman is seeking a medical procedure for a pregnancy that is not viable outside of the womb.”
State Sen. Katrina Jackson, who authored the Louisiana legislation banning abortions told a local news channel that the hospital should’ve carried out the abortion because the law still says exceptions can be made for fetuses that cannot survive outside a mother’s womb.
Katrina Jackson needs to be educated on this matter. Acrania is no threat to the life of the mother and if we were to kill ever human being that would die after birth we would have to kill everyone on the planet since we are all going to die after birth, whether it is in one hour, one day or a hundred years. All a blink in the Eyes of God. I would ask that the DHH, Advocate, WAFB and Katrina Jackson and the other legislators read what I sent last week and apologize to their constituents over this nefarious hijacking of a heartbreaking event to undo the laws of our state which were passed to protect the most vulnerable babies in the womb from murder.
As I stated last week:The rabid abortion industry and media are trying to undermine the laws in our state regarding the protection of innocent babies in the womb and have done everything they can to hide the criminal activity of the abortion cartel and now they prey on vulnerable women to sway support for their gruesome carnage by highlighting tragic circumstances to sway public support.
If heroic doctors and parents hadn't ignored such callous indifference toward their babies and had not done everything in their power to love and treat their babies we wouldn't have treatments for these and hundreds of other pathologies that are easily treated today. The story of Samuel having corrective surgery in the womb for spina bifida and his reaching out and grabbing the surgeons hand after the surgery almost like thanking him for saving his life went viral throughout the world.
We will pray for Nancy Davis that she lovingly lets her baby live and that she will hold her and love her for however long God keeps her on this good earth. We pray she will be baptized and receive the grace of salvation through Our Lord Jesus Christ. We pray that the Immaculate Virgin Mary and all the Saints and Angels keep her in their prayers. God never makes a mistake and He knew Nancy's baby before He knit it so wonderfully in her womb and Our Lord will guide her through this great trial and keep her in the palm of His hand!
May all pregnant women find hope in Michael's story:
The role that faith played for me. Right after we discovered the severity of Michael’s heat defect and the doctor bluntly informed us that comfort care was a possibility at Michael’s birth (and, yes he also offered abortion as an option) I was heartbroken and struggling. I had a lot of time to pray and try to sort out my thoughts, and God blessed me with a lot of clarity about the special baby he was entrusting to my husband and I. Without His guidance and the comfort, I’m not sure what I would have done. I pray for those who are unable to turn to God and answers bigger than this world. I still have my moments of fear and struggling, but I try very hard to keep an eternal perspective.
I absolutely love his line about not asking for an easy life, but the strength to endure a difficult one. I firmly believe that a difficult life is often what leads us to greater understanding in our faith. It’s such a tragedy that our world is encouraging women to abort the best thing that is likely to ever happen to them and the event that could lead them to salvation.
Ashlee
Dear Nancy,
I read your story in the Advocate and saw it on WAFB along with National news outlets. I know that the news of your precious babies congenital anomaly was a great shock to you and we empathize with your grief; but know this, God never makes a mistake and your child was known by Him through all eternity and your baby is fearfully wonderfully made in the Image and likeness of God, wonderful are your works dear Lord. Do not fear your child’s future. God knows all things. He will miraculously heal your baby or take him to Himself at the appointed time. I have worked in the medical field for 42 years and we never kill any of our patients. When a women comes to us pregnant we have two patients; the mother and the baby. We treat both with love, tender care and with any treatment available. Let your precious baby be born, baptized and loved for however long God wills it. Remember this child is God’s and He has entrusted you with this great gift. Treasure your baby as long as you can in this life so you may live gloriously with him for all eternity in heaven. The devil is a lier and a murderer from the beginning and works through fear. Cast out all fear and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. May His most precious Mother, the Immaculate Virgin Mary keep you and your baby under her loving mantle!
Viva Christo Rey!

Please let me add to this link. My name is Kim Hardey an OBGYN in Lafayette.I have had several babies like this in my career and once thought early delivery might be a moral choice in this most unfortunate case.
However after seeing the moms bravely carry their baby to viability before the delivery I observed two things.
Mothers appreciated that their baby was not mutilated by a violent abortion. They also felt healing from seeing and holding their living babies with the head defect carefully concealed that they did better than seeking an abortion.
This is probably the most troubling case for pro-lifers and no one likes forcing a woman to suffer but we are in a war on abortion. There will be innocent victims as in any war. Any return towards a legal abortion stance is a mistake because if any direct abortion is tolerable soon all will be tolerable again. The state needs to decide at what stage these babies can be delivered but is should be a normal birth process with vaginal delivery or Cesarean section without the direct intent of killing the baby. Please contact me if I can be of assistance.

Subject: Perinatal Care
The Christian community joins in prayer and empathy for Nancy Davis's grief at hearing her child has a anomaly called acrania which may lead to the death of her child shortly after birth, yet we are outraged at the disingenuous reporting of her story by the news media and the medical community. Never did the Advocate or WAFB once suggest that she should be connected to specialized neurosurgeons or Perinatal Hospice to help her during her pregnancy and treat both her and her baby with love and dignity.
The rabid abortion industry and media are trying to undermine the laws in our state regarding the protection of innocent babies in the womb and have done everything they can to hide the criminal activity of the abortion cartel and now they prey on vulnerable women to sway support for their gruesome carnage by highlighting tragic circumstances to sway public support.
On October 11, 1983, “Baby Jane Doe” was born in Port Jefferson, NY, and diagnosed with hydrocephalus and myelomeningocele, the most common and serious form of spina bifida. Doctors advised her parents that she would die without surgery. With surgery, she would live from 2 to 20 years, paralyzed, bedridden, incontinent, and severely “retarded.” Based on this information, the parents declined treatment.
Before 1960, the survival rate for all forms of spina bifida was 10% to 12%. Surgeons typically postponed treatment until age 2, believing that only the strongest would survive that long. Before the introduction of antibiotics in the 1940s, most infants with myelomeningocele succumbed to meningitis. Hydrocephalus also contributed to mortality; the development of shunts in the late 1950s thus revolutionized treatment of myelomeningocele. Those who survived meningitis and hydrocephalus faced renal complications. In the 1960s, procedures for urinary diversion were developed to preserve renal function and allow children to gain social continence.
By the mid-1960s, improvements in treatment produced higher survival rates and lesser degrees of disability. Over the past 60 years the advances in medicine have helped millions of babies and children live healthy and productive lives that we never thought possible or even imagined then. Heroism and virtue are often born out of such grievous trials.
Samuel Armas’ parents, Alex and Julie, discovered that Samuel had spina bifida during an ultrasound at 14 weeks. Doctors offered to terminate the pregnancy as the risks of delivering a healthy baby are rare. Julie refused to accept this solution and with her family scoured the net for information about the disease. It was then she came across the Vanderbilt procedure being performed by Bruner and Tulipan. She quickly raised the money, as an experimental procedure American insurance companies refuse to pay for the operation, and performed the surgery during the 21st week of surgery. Samuel is doing great today. Click picture to read Samuel's story: "The Hand of Hope"

Biotech Firm Plans to Create Human Embryos From Stem Cells… to Harvest Their Organs
A biotech firm has created mouse embryos using only stem cells and has kept them alive long enough (with the use of an artificial womb) for them to develop beating hearts, blood flow, and cerebral folds of the brain. Now they want to begin making human embryos — essentially creating clones who would be harvested for body parts to serve as a sort of macabre ‘fountain of youth’ for adults. Read more.

Subject: Lila Rose Defends Life on Dr. Phil Show: All Humans Have ‘a Right to Not Be Killed’
Nancy Davis case goes National! Lila Rose was a excellent witness in this interview where she was staked against rapid pro-abortion utilitarian secular humanist Dr. Phil and his puppets. As I stated previously they will use these extreme circumstances to legalize their murder nationwide. Pastors stand up for Lila and Truth! What Dr. Hardy and I wrote concerning this tragic case is below this News Cast! Dr. Phil I get nervous when the government tells you can kill your baby, sodomize children and promote diabolical sexual disorientation! Dr. Phil says "I get nervous when the government tells you what to do with your body" and then in another breath says nothing about the government telling you that you must submit to their diabolical sexual disorientation programs in the schools and forced vaccination with vaccines associated with baby murdering! Hypocrites!
